Tropical Oasis is a private home in a residential neighborhood. Please respect the property and our neighbors so everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay.
🕒 Check-in & check-out
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Request any late checkout in advance; additional charges may apply.
👨👩👧👦 Occupancy & booking age
All guests must be included on the reservation; additional visitors require approval. The primary booking guest must be at least 21.
🔇 Quiet enjoyment
No parties or unauthorized events. Please keep noise low, especially outdoors after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
🚭 Smoking
No smoking inside. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the patio area; dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
🐾 Pets
One well-behaved dog or cat under 25 lb may be accepted for a $250 pet fee. Keep pets off beds and sofas and clean up after them.
🏊 Pool safety
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. No glass near the water and do not adjust pool equipment.
🚗 Parking
Park only in the property's designated spaces. Do not park in front of neighbors' homes. Recreational vehicles are not permitted.
🍖 BBQ, mini golf & care
Clean the barbecue after use and close the propane valve. Return mini-golf accessories, use the dishwasher and place trash in the garage bin before leaving.
Additional terms: The owner's full house rules specify potential charges for smoke odor, parties, excessive noise, extra cleaning and an unclean BBQ. The complete agreement, cancellation terms, and any damage protection or deposits must be shown and accepted before payment. Terms and fees are subject to legal review and applicable law.
